Purchased by Judd in 1989, the former Marfa National Bank building was renovated to create a personalised space to work on architecture and design. Today the building contains early paintings and drawings by Judd, as well as furniture and architectural projects installed throughout two stories and more than fifteen rooms. An extensive collection of modernist furniture and paintings by prominent twentieth-century designers and artists are also featured, including work by Alvar Aalto, Josef Albers and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
