DOC RECOMMENDATION!!! 🙌🏼🎥 Have you seen Kiss The Ground? I loved this film. When it comes to climate change there’s a lot of devastating and overwhelming news, but @kissthegroundmovie is a rare uplifting and solution-driven documentary.

The film is about the incredible healing power of soil and its potential to tackle climate change. Whilst we all know we must stop burning fossil fuels, we also have to find creative ways to remove existing carbon from the atmosphere and soil offers a powerful solution! The film explores how transition to a system of regenerative agriculture could drawdown carbon, replenish the water supply, keep species off the extinction list and better feed the world. 🌳💧🌎

It’s definitely not a perfect film; It is very US focused and fails to address the intersecting themes of politics and climate justice, which is particularly disappointing in the lead up to a key climate election. 🗳 However it's a fundamentally hopeful film and offers a tangible solutions that can not just halt climate change but reverse some of its effects.
