Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Pumpkin Purée
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Spice Protein
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare muffin tin with paper liners.
2. Combine all wet ingredients (pumpkin purée, maple, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla) in a large bowl and mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients (except chocolate chips). Stir to combine.
4. Slowly whisk dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
6. Fill paper liners to about 1/2-1/3 full (should make 12 muffins)
7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
8. Remove muffins from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
9. Top with a little whipped cream and cinnamon if you’d like😋
10. Enjoy!
