On August 7, 2019 I had my first #miscarriage and a few weeks ago I had my 2nd 😔 When I learned that 1 in 4 women experience this devastating loss, I knew I couldn’t remain silent. In order to process my pain, I used the language of dance to say what I couldn’t with words. Last year, I collaborated with my soul sister @bonbonstory who wrote my experience through beautiful choreography & the incomparable @incfilms - who graciously mobilized his dream team to capture the Mo’ment + together, this is what we birthed.
