When I started Instagram five years ago, social media was not what it is today. I just want you guys to know that I will always be honest with you, and always be myself. I know this is a controversial topic but, I’ve never had any plastic surgery or done any fad diets. My body and what I look like is attainable, and I never want you guys to feel like my life or who I am is unrealistic. It’s important to be healthy, strong, and if I ever do change anything about myself I will always be transparent with you guys. I got where I am today through hard work, discipline, and having the ability to be teachable. Your reality is what you make it, and as long as you keep making excuses as to why you aren’t who you want to be, nothing is going to change. If you told myself five years ago that this is where I would be or what I would be doing I wouldn’t have believed you, ever. Stay connected to the real world, learn from what you see and hear, and do things for yourself that you’re proud of because at the end of the day it’s that little voice in your own head that matters the most.
