Yesterday we hosted The Virtual Steak Project at Yashin Ocean House. I loved chatting with our fans in London. It has been so long since I got to cook for my international friends in person. This was our first-ever, official virtual cooking session and we had guests join in from all over the world: Lebanon, Melbourne, Dubai, Boston, California, Hong Kong. I loved all the great questions and the interest our fans have in our beef and my cooking. It’s so wonderful to see how food and cooking bring us together. Yesterday was a new experience for me to do an event this way but it turned out great. I really appreciate the guests and audience who joined us in supporting Beirut and our farmers in Japan.
