The deliciousness that I made for this week’s episode of #OnWednesdaysWeEatPizza 🍕 I’m definitely NOT the first one to make some version of Pizza Chicken, but this is my own little twist on it! I’m fairly certain I first saw the idea on @ashleyanixon ‘s page! 🤗 I’ve been wanting to try making it for awhile and HOLY PIZZA GAWDS, it’s freaking amazing! I decided to put it on top of a sliced zucchini and turn it into a big mountain of cheesy, pepperoni goodness! So so so so so so yummy!"⁠ .⁠ Pizza Stuffed Chicken goods:⁠ • boneless skinless chicken breast⁠ • @kraft_brand FF Mozzarella⁠ • Spinach⁠ • @hormelfoods Turkey Pepperoni⁠ • @prego No Sugar Added Pasta sauce⁠ .⁠ Slice the chicken breast in half and flatten. I covered the chicken with plastic wrap and used my pizza dough rolling pin to roll it flat! Then add some of the pepperoni, all of the spinach (chopped), and some of the cheese to the inside of the chicken. Fold the top half over so it’s covered like a little chicken pizza hot pocket, lol. I sliced the zucchini in half and placed it in a baking dish lined with foil. Then I added the stuffed chicken on top of the zucchini, covered with the sauce, the rest of the cheese, and the rest of the pepperoni! Bake at 400 for 35 minutes, with the broiler on low for the last 10!!
