ティモシー・サイクスさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ティモシー・サイクスInstagram)「Here’s some good news & some #mondaymotivation because we must all find what fulfills us the most in life and for me, aside from my teaching my students stock trading, there’s nothing that I love more than building schools for communities in need as my charity @karmagawa has built 70 schools so far with our goal being to build 1,000+ schools so my cofounder @badboi and I are on our way, but there’s A LOT of hard work still to be done! 2020 has been tough as construction has come to a halt on nearly all of our projects worldwide, but there is some good news as the 70th @karmagawa school that was built with @balichildrensproject and @adamw that we visited right before the pandemic hit, has now reopened for a few students to learn in person for an hour one day per week, but students can now also take books/homework home to study too, for which the kids are SO grateful! Unlike most spoiled children around the world who take the gift of education for granted, these Balinese kids never had the opportunity to use pencils, crayons, books with pictures or coloring books before (let alone any computers or tablets which we’ve also given to them!) so being able to study these books at home & also return them to allow other kids the opportunity to learn…well, it’s a BIG DEAL in these communities so I’m very happy to hear this news! 2020 is definitely challenging, but we WILL get through this and I hope posts like this help you understand why we must all be more grateful for all the little things we have in life as many communities around the world have NOTHING AT ALL so it’s good to have the proper perspective and to remember to also give back to those in need! #educationiskey #studyhard #knowledgeispower #balichildrensproject #karmagawa #jewswithworldviews」10月27日 4時27分
