I hope more people eat Korean Chinese food and support the restaurants that make this delicious style of food. Especially now since so many of these restaurants were so dependent on banquet hall business. It’s important to support them. Besides it’s so damn delicious. This food is a staple for so many Koreans.

The Dragon Restaurant in Los Angeles makes outstanding food. Check your local cities to see if there is a place that makes Korean Chinese food and order directly from them!

jjajangmyeon (짜장면) - noodles with a black gravy is maybe the most underrated noodle dish out there.

Jjamppong (짬뽕) - spicy seafood soup

Tangsuyuk (탕수육) - sweet and sour pork

Eat with danmuji (단무지 - pickled radish) & raw onions! splashed with some vinegar and dipped in some chujang (춘장) - the main ingredient for the jjajang sauce. This comes with the food. Plus always use some rice to eat the leftover jjajang sauce
