Low carb crab cakes: recipe below will make 4 large cakes⁠
🦀 8 Oz premium lump crab⁠
🦀 1 tbs Mayo⁠
🦀1/2 cup @porkkinggood unseasoned pork crumbs⁠
🦀 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce⁠
🦀1 tsp Lemon juice⁠
🦀1/2 tsp Cajun lovers seasoning⁠
🦀1 large egg⁠
🦀1 tbs spicy brown mustard⁠

🦀Combine all the above ingredients.⁠
🦀Form 4 crab cakes⁠
🦀pan fry in a hot skillet with butter for about 4 minutes on each side depending on how thick you made them.⁠

🦀Top with fresh chopped parsley and a homemade Cajun remoulade sauce. I made this to taste. (Mayo, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice and horseradish)⁠
