Meditation, stretching and Yoga are just as important as weight training and cardiovascular exercise.
Sometimes you need to free your mind from all attachments.
Try meditating daily and do yoga a few times a week, or at least focus on the breath for a couple of minutes every morning. ☀️
Any of us who have tried to let go of attachments knows that it’s not so easy in practice. When our minds are clinging tightly, we don’t want to let go. We really, really want things our way.
Knowing when to let go of things that no longer serve me has been my biggest lesson and growth this year. As well as living more in the present moment ❤️ #mindbodyspirit
