SWEET & SALTY TRAIL MIX / 24 servings⁠

2 tbsp maple syrup⁠
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
1/4 tsp almond extract⁠
1/4 tsp sea salt, to taste⁠
ground cinnamon, optional⁠
2 cups mixed nuts⁠
1 cup pepitas⁠
1 cup coconut flakes⁠
1 cup chocolate candies⁠
1 cup dried cranberries⁠

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.⁠
2. Stir together maple syrup or honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. In a large bowl, combine nuts, pepitas, and coconut flakes. Pour the maple mixture over the top and stir gently to coat.⁠
3. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Gently stir halfway through baking time. Let cool completely. Gently break apart clumps (if needed) and add the chocolate candies and dried fruit.⁠
4. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to one month.⁠
