アナ・チエリさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アナ・チエリInstagram)「Dirty Chai Pumpkin Donuts 🍩 😋  Ingredients:  Donuts 2 scoops @1stphorm cinnamon cookie batter protein powder  3/4 cup flour of choice (I used oat)  1 tbs baking powder  2 of your favorite chai tea bags  1/3 cup canned pumpkin  1 tbs brown sugar  1 egg  1 tsp vanilla extract  1 cup milk of choice (I used oat); you will only need 1/2 for recipe 1 tsp espresso powder  1/4 tsp ground ginger  1/2 tsp cinnamon  Pinch of black pepper  1/4 tsp nutmeg  1/4 tsp cloves  (Optional) Glaze**:  1 oz cream cheese, softened  1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbs brewed coffee 1 - 3 tbs milk of choice (if you would like a thinner glaze) 1/4 cup powdered sugar  1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray donut pan with coconut oil* 2.In a small sauce pan add milk with chai tea bags 3.Bring milk to a low boil 4.Remove pan from heat, cover and leave the milk to steep for 15 minutes  5.After 15 minutes add 1 tsp of espresso powder and spices, stir to mix 6.Let cool to room temperature  7.In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, brown sugar and egg  8.Add 1/2 cup of chai milk  9.Add protein powder, flour, baking powder; mix to combine 10. Fill a piping bag or gallon size zip lock bag with batter (Note: batter will be runny)  11. Cut the corner of the bag and fill donut wells with batter 12. Bake for 12-15 minutes 13. While donuts are cooling, make the glaze by mixing together cream cheese, vanilla extract, coffee and powdered sugar 14. Add milk 1 tbs at a time to get desired consistency 15.
