Heat oven to 180°C fan 2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together oats, yoghurt, sugar, eggs, honey and vanilla extract until smooth 3. Slice your strawberries into smaller pieces, drop into mixture and stir 4. Pour into a small oven dish and bake until golden, for around 30 mins, but be sure to check throughout 5. Take the dish out of the oven and let it sit for 5 mins, then add your spoonful of honey yoghurt, couple of sliced strawberries and honey.
