Recipe and more info link in my bio! Fun fact: Greek yogurt’s thickness takes longer to go through your digestive tract so your body has more time to absorb the nutrients and for the "good" bacteria to work their magic.

Delta Greek Yogurt Pumpkin “Cheesecake" recipe:

Crust:
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
smashed 1/2 cup of pecans
6 sheets crumbled/smashed graham crackers
Press it all together, then into the bottom of glasses to make a crust.

Cheesecake:
1.5 cups of authentic Delta Greek nonfat yogurt
1.5 cups of puréed pumpkin
1/4 cup of cream cheese
4 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon for garnish
some pecans for garnish

Fold together until smooth, spoon into glasses.
Refrigerate for four hours.
