Day 29 y’all!
As a kid one of the books that my mom read to me the most was where the wild things are. Maurice Sendak’s work is very whimsical and his art style is instantly recognizable. Fun fact, where the wild things are was originally supposed to be where the wild horses are but then Maurice was like “yo I don’t know how to draw horses” and that’s how it became where the wild things are.
