Rice Pudding Magic :
- bring to the boil 1 cup of rice with 4 Cups of @almondbreezeaus Vanilla and 1 tsp of Vanilla extract. Cook for 20-40mins until liquid absorbs and and rice is tender.
- take off heat add 1/4 C of chia seeds and a cup of frozen blueberries stir through with some cinnamon, sea salt and Maple syrup to taste and eye ball a touch more @almondbreeze if more liquid is needed. Let stand for 15mins.
- Add yoghurt, fav toppings and your Magic Rice Pudding is complete.
