Holy crab, is it really that time of the year already?! 🦀 😱 We tend to get rather excited when the remarkable annual #RedCrabMigration starts at @ChristmasIsland, as ironically it also means Christmas isn’t too far away (55 sleeps to be exact!)🎄According to @chrisbrayphotography, who captured this incredible footage, this natural spectacle is one of the "world’s largest animal migrations". Every year between October and November around 50 million large red land crabs march their way across this island paradise, located off the coast of @westernaustralia, to reach the ocean to breed.
