I wanted to post a #wednesdaywiggle after the success of last weeks that I posted on my stories but this time I filmed something that better represents how a lot of us might be feeling. Whatever your situation and wherever you are in the world please know that you’re not alone and we will push through any hurdle that life throws at us (I’m saying this for myself too as I need reminding most days). Here’s my advice that might help: ✨ It’s ok if you don’t come out of this lockdown or this year with a new skill or talent. Just surviving 2020 is enough of a victory. ✨ You don’t have to workout everyday, unless that’s what makes you feel good. You dont have to workout at all if you don’t want to. Putting on your favourite playlist and dancing around your home is sometimes enough (and more fun tbh) ✨ Keep talking to others, even on days you don’t want to. Having someone who you can be completely yourself around on both good days and bad days is so precious. If you don’t have someone like that, BE someone like that. ✨ Don’t be fooled by what you see on social media. Influencers can be as messed up as you might feel, just with a few more followers and a blue tick. We’re not invincible and please remember that if you’re demanding a constant stream of content to keep you entertained, Netflix has your back for that. ✨ Your feelings are valid. We might not all be in the same boat but we’re all in the same storm so stop comparing your hardships or feeling guilty because you think you don’t deserve to feel a certain way.
