和食の経験値は皆無だけど、お誘いいただいて「紀茂登」へ行ってきた！シャトーブリアンは炭から上がる熱を使って遠火でゆっくり火入れ！最後に周りをカリッと仕上げます！店主木本さんとも焼肉の話で盛り上がって楽しかった〜😚
