This is the story of Sue Johnson. A Maui, HI resident and Army veteran, Sue Johnson decided early on to not allow anything to stop her from serving others and finishing whatever it is that she wanted to accomplish. Johnson served in the US Army for several years and later in life, in between battles with cancer, continued to serve by donating her time and energy into service opportunities with Team Rubicon. Although many would see obstacles that seem tall enough to serve as a legitimate excuse, Johnson, being “Built to Serve”, chooses to scale those obstacles regularly and does so in the spirit of helping others, no matter the cost.
