Current favourite bread: teff porridge bread with crushed walnuts and malt sirup and honey. I love the nutty flavor but mostly a texture of cooked teff seeds which have caviour like bite, distinct aroma and tone of nutrition. It would be perfect for nut butter toast but with honey and butter is also de-lish.
