SPUR連載、117回目です。ポチったときは「え、多機能なわけでないのに、この価格はちょっと高いよなあ…」などと正直思ったのですが、これは最近買ってよかったものベスト5に入ります間違いなく。

ついに登場したBoseの睡眠用イヤホンの2世代目、Sleepbuds II。

仕組みとしてはすごくシンプルで、入眠や深い睡眠に導くサウンドを流してくれるというもの。睡眠サウンド専用なので、Bluetoothでスマホと繋がりますが、普通のイヤホンみたいに、音楽は聴けません。

が、あえて睡眠専用に設計しないと、一晩使えるバッテリーライフや違和感装着感など、睡眠時に快適に使えるものにならないんだろうなあ、などと。ほら、餅は餅屋って言うじゃないですか。

This is the 117th my column on SPUR.JP. This is definitely one of the top five best things I've bought recently, the second generation of Bose's Sleepbuds II sleep earbuds.

It's very simple how it works: it plays sounds that will help you fall asleep and get a deep sleep. Since it's designed for specific sleep sounds, they can connect to your phone via Bluetooth, but you can't listen to music like standard earbuds.

If you have trouble sleeping because of noise or something, I highly recommend you give it a try!
