He later became a writer /producer in Hollywood and using his Army experience he ended up writing for a lot of Medical shows from #bencaseymd #drkildare ( he also did a lot of #thefugative #ironside ) and later wrote and produced #medicalcenter and #trapperjohnmd He wrote so many Doctor shows that when we would go out for dinner, they would always say, “Please Doctor, Your table is right over here” I guess his medical shows rubbed off on him, but it was also also because he had eyes that always sparkled with a kind smile and a sweet demeanor that you only find in the best Doctors. Anyway I have always been so proud of him and the way he navigated Hollywood leaving every one he ever met smiling and better for knowing him in his wake.
