My PROGRAM10 experience
I'm not on a diet...but...
I have been focusing on muscle gain whilst staying lean. The amount of calories I have had each day is mind blowing. I had 3 meals a day plus snacks and I still lost weight.
Thanks @petestyring for openening up my eyes and realising.... Eating less food will not help me achieve my goal!!! I still have more to go but I am definitely on the right path 😁
Oh and My diet wasn't just chicken and rice 😂 I had a mixture of foods and best of all, I was able to add a chocolate bar into the mix when I needed my chocolate fix. It's not healthy to cut every treat out of your diet because eventually we will just reble and over indulge!!
