Today can be a great day if you let it. I picked up my meditation practice again after letting it slip for over a year. I’m on day 5 of getting back into it and I’m taking the opportunity to re-learn and try out some new techniques. I didn’t realize there was a difference between mindfulness and meditation to be honest, but an amazing new teacher is showing me the way. Meditation is the ONLY thing that makes an overnight change for me from better sleep to a more productive work day.
