2012年に福岡・大宰府に位置する宝満宮竈門神社 授与所のデザインをさせていただきました。
今年のコロナ渦により、拝礼の前に身を清める手水舎のあり方を再検討することになったとのことデザインをワンダーウォールに依頼頂きました。
コンセプトは「枝から水が滴り落ちる瞬間 」。聖域を訪れる際、周辺に流れる河川の水で禊を行っていた事が、手水舎の起源。恵の雨が森に降り注ぎ、木の枝から滴る水が大地に染み込み、湧き水が沢となり、川となる。 このデザインは自然の循環の〈 ある瞬間 〉を可視化したフォルムです。柄杓を使わずに手を清めることができます。

In 2012, We designed the Amulet office of Homangu Kamado Shrine located in Dazaifu, Fukuoka.
Due to this year's Covid-19 situation, Wonderwall was asked to reconsider the ideal way of Chozuya, where you purify your hands before worshiping.
The concept is "the moment when water drips from a branch". The origin of the Chozuya is that when visiting the Shrine, Misogi was performed with the water of the river flowing around it for purification. The rain falls on the forest, the water dripping from the branches of the trees soaks into the earth, and the spring water becomes a mountain stream and becomes a river. This design is a form that visualizes "a moment" of the natural circulation. You can clean your hands without using a cassotte.
