~Two pork tenderloins marinated in apple cider and spices over night then dried and tied together. Seaoned w/ @sasquatchbbq moss+erubtion and dressed in a bacon weave then seasoned w/ more moss+erubtion. Smoked on the @traegergrills at 180 until 120 internal then on high until 155internal🔥⁠

~twice smoked cheesy mashed potatoes~⁠
russet potatoes stabbed with a fork a handful of times, coated in olive oil and FlavorGod garlic lovers. Preheat the grill on high and put them on for 45min to an hr depending on their size but just make sure you can puncture easily with a fork so you know they’re done. Take them off and let cool till you can handle. Then cut them in half and you can peel the skins away. Mash up the potatoes with whatever butter and milk, minced garlic and some more FlavorGod till they’re nice and whipped up then stir in shredded cheese. Spoon them into a baking dish, top with some dabs of butter and then back on the grill on high for another 30min 🔥⁠
