Do you wish days were longer???
I wake up early to get everything done but most of the time it still feels like it’s not enough 😂 What is it with time people?
it flies ?
A little bit of our daily routine,
everyday, here at home as a
woman, a wife, a mother and
home pretending chef 👩‍🍳

We make up the bed “ Setting the day right”
We burn sage “ detoxification and clearing bacteria front the air.
We prepare a very nutritious and delicious smoothie for breakfast, than we eat it 😋 We dance,
We make lunch together ( recipe for today meal @therealhealthymodel )
And play repeat...

Vocês gostariam que os dias fossem mais longos ???
Eu acordo cedo para fazer tudo, mas na maioria das vezes ainda parece que não é suficiente 😂 O que acontece com o tempo, pessoal? ele voa?
Um pouco da nossa rotina diária,
todos os dias, aqui em casa como:
Dona de casa, esposa, mãe e
chef fingindo 👩‍🍳

Arrumamos a cama “Arrumando o dia”
Nós queimamos SAGE para desintoxicação e eliminação de bactérias no ar.
Preparamos um smoothie bem nutritivo e delicioso para o café da manhã, e comemos 😋 dançamos e
Fazemos o almoço juntas (receita da refeição de hoje no @therealhealthymodel )
E tudo se repete...
