俳優として国内外での目覚ましい活躍のかたわら、音楽活動や絵画制作などにも精力的な浅野忠信。
2013年、映画撮影のための中国滞在の時間に、手元にあった紙とペンでドローイング制作を再開したことを期に、日々、エネルギッシュにドローイングやペインティングを制作しています。

In 2013 Japanese actor and musician Tadanobu Asano began sketching and drawing to kill time on sets during the long wait between scenes. Since then, he has accumulated more than 3,640 pictures, and continues to draw regularly. The collection includes sketches, doodles, manga, his own versions of American comics, and abstract art. This book offers a selection of 500 works, giving insight into Asano’s perspective and reflecting some of the personal changes he has experienced in recent years. With a text by Asano and a CD of his original album ‘Kage No Oto’.
