Questi ultimi mesi (ormai siamo più vicini ad un anno che a qualche mese) non sono stati facili per nessuno e probabilmente certe problematiche emergono ancora dì più. Per sostenerci a vicenda e fare si che chi ha problemi possa chiedere aiuto e non sentirsi solo, cerchiamo sempre di essere gentili con gli altri perché non sappiamo quali battaglie stiano combattendo, ma quello che sappiamo è che possiamo evitare di peggiorare la situazione non avendone rispetto. Il problema è reale, siate gentili. In this period I see more and more concerns on social media about mental health. The last months (we are closer to one year than only few months already) haven't been easy for anybody and those kind of problems are coming out even more. In order to support each other and make people with real mental illness more comfortable in asking for help and not feeling lonely, we should be kind with others because we don't know which kind of battles they're fighting, but what we know is that we can avoid making the situation worse than it already is.
