You WILL learn, you WILL grow, you WILL BE stronger. After knowing where I've been emotionally and mentally the last few months, it’s crazy to see and feel what I do now. I feel hopeful, I feel empowered. I feel a level of depth and appreciation and love I haven’t before. It just shows me how we are built for —>survival<—. ❤️ We're built for connection in the depths of our darkest experiences. We WILL rise up through what we're going through; because time and time again life puts us through the ringer and we make it to the other side. 🤷‍♀️ - My dad once told me that he thinks we go through these hardships, these losses, betrayal, death, break-ups, dissapointments, downfalls, etc.. because "it's to prove ourselves; to ourselves and to the heavens." That we must go through hard things because Jesus went through hard things. And hearing his words, his contentness, his acceptance of the yin & yang of life has really given me a new outlook on how I see trials. I've been reflecting on it a bit and just wanted to share. <3 Note to you: You are stronger than you think. You are capable and brave of so much and your future-self is gonna be so proud of you one day, saying, “YES I DID THAT, I got through THAT!” 👊 So keep on, keepin’ on! ☺️❤️」11月20日 7時28分
