"💧Double moisture is the last 2-step of J-beauty skincare regimen that follows double cleansing. As we approach colder months ahead, you may feel your skin tugging, drying, flaking, and tightening. I combat this by double layering moisturizers.

Step 1️⃣: Layer on lighter moisturizer (liquid/gel) to add back the first light layer of hydration and prepping . Here, I am using liquid soothing lotion which contains glycolic acid to help gently exfoliate the surface while maintaining skin's natural pH levels. This lotion also contains hydrolyzed collagen to help reduce water loss in the skin by forming a protective moisture barrier.

Step 2️⃣: the final step, the second moisturizer (heavier cream) can help lock in the hydration for the night. Here, I am using DHC Extra Nighttime Moisture which contains squalane, hydrolyzed collagen, and tocopherol to help offer deep moisture relief for chronically dry skin."
