Green smoothie deliciousness 🌱🍊 tip: whenever you don’t eat your fresh fruits & veggies right away, freeze them to help preserve their high vitamin & mineral content (fresh produce will start to lose nutrients overtime).
RECIPE:
- 1 frozen banana 🍌
- 1 frozen cucumber 🥒
- 1 frozen celery
- about a handful of frozen spinach
- fresh peeled oranges 🍊
- frozen ginger (size of my thumb)
- 1.5 cups of homemade coconut 🥥 🥛
