It’s challenging to explain but lately I feel like I haven’t been able to make clear decisions or show up for others the way I like to. I have been feeling less motivated with moving my body, working, and making efforts that normally don’t feel so hard. I thought, man, I need a reset!!! My first extreme response to that was ‘plant medicine’ which felt just like that, too extreme. I asked for a sign to help me find this way of connection and the reset I was yearning for.
