I learned that the best thing to do for my days as a new mommy is to set a routine! It’s so easy to get overwhelmed, but the key to preserving my sanity is to still do a little something for myself every day, even if it’s just ONE small thing! Practicing self-care is important, no matter how busy you are, so you don’t burn yourself out. I love feeling fresh and clean—it makes a huge difference and it puts me in a much better mood! 🥰 So on days when I can’t have a little more time to myself, sometimes it’s enough for me to just take a shower and clean my face. 😊 Self-care doesn’t always have to be time-consuming.
