We lived on Margaret Island for 6 weeks with the best of the swimmers in the world and I loved it! There is something uniquely special about Margaret Island that I have not seen anywhere else around the world. It is an island held park in the middle of the city, surrounded by the Danube. This place captures energy and peace, both at the same time. Sometimes I come here to get my workout done, other times I just relax and admire the view of the river and the city.
