For me, this year has been about ascension - about shedding who I thought I needed to be in order to align to a truer more meaningful expression of myself. I’ve come face to face with my self inflicted limitations and am learning to accept how little control we have over anything (other than how we respond). I’ve learned to trust myself - to honor my gifts - to prioritize my family - and to be there for my friends. I’ve learned that pain is a powerful teacher, grief isn’t just reserved for death, and time is the most precious resource on the planet. I’ve learned to fight for JOY even when it feels like the walls are caving in. I’ve learned that the dark isn’t anything to be afraid of once you realize that you are the light 💫💫💫 . I recognize that we’ve all have VASTLY different experiences and I honor the immense challenges, painful losses, deep healing, and moments of radical uncertainty that have been endured.
