I taught myself to play guitar and sort of reached a plateau after I could comfortably write songs and perform on my own, it was a big, self honoring step to not have to rely on anyone else to accompany me. I wouldn’t say it’s my strong suit though and recording my album has made that abundantly clear ( I bless @gregpapania for creative solutions) . I always wanted to learn to finger pluck and luckily @jakelele has endless patience and love enough to teach me. It’s still vulnerable because I’m not great at it (YET!) but here’s what I got so far.
