新たな年明けを ”食のキャピトル” とともに…。総料理長 曽我部 俊典率いる和洋中の料理人が至極を尽くしたおせちをご用意いたしました。一の重は日本料理「水簾」、二の重はフランス料理、三の重は中国料理「星ヶ岡」と、当ホテルの美味を凝縮した三重のおせちに、新しい年への希望を託します。

The Japanese traditional new year cuisine "Osechi" is now available to help you welcome 2021. This year our executive chef Toshiyuki Sokabe created a special osechi together with the chefs of all the restaurants at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, who are well versed in Japanese, French and Chinese cuisine. The outcome is all the wonderful flavours of The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, with our hopes for 2021.

*Reservations for the Osechi will be accepted until 10th December.
