Less fleshy sack woman fretting over every tiny thing and more Mum-who-can-handle. Hurrah!💪🏻 . Backstory - I booked a weekend in CP for April. I’d booked 3 cabins because we were going to have a bit of a reunion with my uni girl friends and their fams. Sadly it was cancelled (CP were amazing at the admin and refund I have to say) and we agreed to re-do. . In Sept when the restrictions were lighter, we booked to try again for a smaller just family trip. THEN #lockdowntwoelectricavenue popped up and I thought were were going to be cancelled for the second time. BUT, the tier gods shone down and although we had to jettison Auntie Judith (thought it would be #Ruleof6 but with our tier there’s no household mixing- sorry Ju😩!!), our awesome foursome family unit went! . I was *quite* nervy that it would fall flat but it didn’t✨. It feels like they’ve gone to every effort to make it safe but to still ensure you have a good time and have value. I’ve vlogged📹 the whole trip so will start working on those edits asap but I just wanted to check in, waffle on (as per) and tell you some happy things. . I don’t say any of this to rub salt in the 2020 but because this weekend reminded me what lightness feels like and this is on the horizon for the future. Just gotta keep on keeping on. . As soon as life is fully settled again, I’ll re book for the uni girls trip but for the sake of all of us, I probably won’t vlog that haha! . Have you been to Center Parcs? What do you like about it?
