I was feeling a little low on Friday and Saturday so I made sure yesterday that I took time for myself to do what my body and mind needed. I went to my favorite bakery in Brentwood with Sonny, went on a walk with my mom, took Sonny to the country mart for a rotisserie chicken basket and fries, napped while Sonny napped, did a @melissawoodhealth flow while Sonny watched a movie, and then made french toast for dinner.
