“This shot was taken on our first night in Tokyo. It had rained pretty heavily and whilst out on the search for some local cuisine we came to a crossing and I managed to get this slow shutter speed panning shot. It took a lot of trial and error whilst trying to get the right lights in the background.” – @aaron.j.smith_
