Ron Griswell, a passionate advocate for diversity in the outdoors, is the founder of HBCUs Outside, an organization that serves as a bridge between the outdoor industry and students at historically Black colleges and universities. Roy Tuscany founded the High Fives Foundation (HFF), a nonprofit organization that helps athletes recover from life-changing injuries, after a ski accident left his lower body paralyzed in 2006. Today, his organization has helped 357 people and counting make their own recoveries.
