I’m a puppet who doesn’t really know who or what pulls her strings. . . Oh, yes I do. My strings are pulled by outside approval & admiration, as well as by my own shame & guilt. . . I’ve done this my whole life. On and off screen. It made me the ultimate people pleaser. Pleasing someone is not the same as respecting them. I am only now realizing that. . . And the Rage I feel is where I’m meeting myself to start this journey inward. I’m so ashamed that I’ve misused my compass. I’m so embarrassed. And I push those even harder feelings to let in away. And replace them with Rage. At the world. At the people I Love & Care about. At myself. . . I will continue to work to transform my feelings. And progress is being made.
