My Dad visits her daily to ensure she’s managing on her own, but there are millions of Elderly people in the U.K. who aren’t so lucky to have close family to look after them. That’s why this week I’ve donated £2500 to @age_uk - to fund the people who stay on the other end of the phone when a lonely person needs some advice, some help or just someone to talk to. This Christmas will see more elderly people lonelier than ever and it’s heartbreaking to imagine what some people go through on their own. This charity has always been close to my heart and I’m so happy to donate to them once again this Christmas.
