AMRAP is a fun way to change up your HIIT workouts. AMRAP stands for as many reps as possible or as many rounds as possible. For this workout we will be focusing on doing as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes each set, 2 minutes rest between sets. This style of training is great for conditioning, pushing your body to the limit within a set period of time. Keep track of how many rounds you complete on your first time trying this workout and try to improve it next time!
