Figure 8 Pools is a natural marvel that you need to see on your own.
South of Burning Palms Beach in Royal National Park, Sydney, it is on a rock ledge. You can't drive to the pools directly.

The shortest walk is a steep 3.5 km path that winds down to the ocean at an altitude of more than 100 m. And with the new National Parks boardwalk being built, it will take over an hour to walk there.

And if you just recall one thing, it's to visit Figure Eight Pools when the tide is low.
