Getting outside is so simple, but important to me. When you’re in a rut or not feeling great, whatever you know you need to do to feel better seems so hard, but that’s the most crucial time for you to do those things you know pick you up. Like it says in second pic - self-care often means doing what you don’t feel like doing. Third pic is something I have to remind myself of whenever I feel anxious and can feel myself spiralling and starting to believe silly thoughts, so leaving it here as a reminder if any of you need it.
