Jealousy, I’ve learned, can be jealous of your approach on how you handle things. I’ve learned that in life people get very jealous if you have an affectionate spouse or partner. They may not have that and get very jealous when people show you affection or attention. People don’t want to compliment other people and it can be for the most random things. It’s not always vanity, like oh I’m jealous of the way you look, it can be jealous of things you have.
